Shanghai Minhang Economic and Technological Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as Minhang Development Zone), founded in 1983, is one of the first 14 state-level development zones approved by the State Council in 1986, and has a total area of 3.5 square kilometers. The Minhang District government has been concerned about the construction of the Minhang Development Zone and the development of the enterprises in the park, and in particular, attaches great importance to the integrated development of smart technology, low-carbon environmental protection and other related industries. MATSU Group, settled in the Minhang Economic and Technological Development Zone, positions itself as an enterprise of high-end, intelligent, environmentally friendly, and original products, and has been highly recognized and favored by the leaders of the Park. On the afternoon of October 19, 2012, Mo Fuchun, head of the Minhang District Government, and Yu Yong, deputy head, accompanied by Liu Qiong, Secretary of Jiangchuan Road Community (Street) Party Committee, visited MATSU Group’s headquarters to provide guidance.
MATSU president Mr. Cai Yanguo led the Company’s core team members to warmly receive the government leaders, and expressed thanks to Minhang District leaders’ long-term care and support of MATSU. Subsequently, Mr. Cai and his team members introduced MATSU’s features and competitive advantages in building an international national brand, demonstrated its highlights in the combination of office furniture and laboratory engineering technology with taste. They highlighted the Company’s philosophies of originality, environmental protection, innovation, and health as well as performances in these respects, and reported on MATSU’s future development planning and corporate vision.
Mr. Mo spoke highly of MATSU’s national mission and its product features of being smart, environmentally friendly, high-tech, and fashionable. He appreciated MATSU’s efforts to renovate its old plant into a modern office building with a full sense of design, as the user-friendly transformation of the functional planning of this fixed building structure is in line with the basic principles of resource recycling and low-carbon environmental protection. He also expressed the hope that with its resource advantages, MATSU can upgrade its old plants in the Economic Development Zone and bring in linkage industries so as to jointly build an ecological park.
After learning about MATSU’s characteristics and advantages, Mr. Mo encouraged us to expand and extend into products and businesses such as medical care, school, and community and so on so that the public can also enjoy high quality experience. Subsequently, Mr. Mo cordially asked MATSU about its demand in the development process, and said that the government would continue to offer more support, such as the full kick-off of the Greater Hongqiao Business District and the incoming massive construction of Minhang District, which will pose numerous opportunities and challenges and the State and local governments are all providing good environmental resources and counseling policy for the enterprises in Shanghai.
After the meeting, the delegation visited MATSU’s office area and laboratory equipment exhibition area, and expressed heartfelt tribute to our products. They expressed the hope that MATSU would make outstanding contributions to realizing the goal of “building a smart, ecological and livable new Minhang".
