MORE THAN AN OFFICE, MATSU M-Office Center Opened

On November 23, 2012, high-profile MATSU M-Office Center was grandly opened. Based on the theme of “more than an office”, MATSU took the lead to summarize five office ideas in the future - M.A.T.S.U. to usher into a new era of mobile office. Nearly 200 senior designers, business guests and more than 30 famous media from Shanghai got together in the MATSU Flagship Exhibition Hall and M-Office Center to witness this solemn and glorious moment.
Zhang Xi, founder of Shanghai EXH Architectural Design Co., Ltd., acted as interior designer of MATSU M-Office. With a total area of 500 square meters, M-Office provides many mobile work spaces for 60-80 MATSU distributors in Shanghai. All spaces embody M.A.T.S.U. concept and open and semi-open spaces are mutually integrated to enable employees to keep independency yet freely communicate with each other.
In M-Office, and the "M.A.T.S.U." concept, can well explain this concept of "mobile/social". Where "M" represents Mobile, the mobile office; our goal is to promote the enterprises commercial real estate investment returns through improving the enterprises output per square meter of office space and create a more creative atmosphere in the office! Of course, improving office space per meter output does not mean narrower desk size; in the M-Office by using the rotation system for workers it creates a mobile office which effectively hosts improve space settings. "A" stands for Adaptable (collaborative), adaptability is a kind of vitality. Different departments have different needs. Within the same company, office systems also need to be easily adapted to changes. "T" stands for Thoughtful, for employees to create comfortable and relaxing office space. "S" represents Social; modern offices need to be increasingly giving a relaxing and comfortable feel to create a good atmosphere for communication. In the networking era, not all knowledge is in the document! People from all walks of life drink coffee, chat and actively partake in work. "U" stands for Unique; as I change my place and area of work so should the office be able to adapt to my needs, making for a unique office environment. Your office environment is the face of your company to clients, it shows what you approve, appreciate, and the company's commitments! This is what the office presents!
Relevant leaders of the Shanghai Interior Decoration Association, the Shanghai Furniture Association and other associations attended the opening ceremony. Huang Liguo, Chairman of the Shanghai Furniture Association, spoke highly of the flexibility and high efficiency of mobile and social office as a guest. Additionally, Han Shenghai, editor-in-chief of Lujiazui, a financial magazine affiliated to CBN Group, also expressed: They feel that financial enterprises are increasingly demanding on functional, stylish and intelligent office furniture and begin to attach importance to wireless office, low carbon and environmental protection.
In the M-Office, people can share office with like-minded friends and areas for social recreation such as salon party room, public tea room and reception room are reserved in the whole office. Additionally, office spaces form a platform where people from all walks of life and resource information get together to build a new community and enhance interaction between man and man and between man and space. Open shared cooperation model brings about infinite inspirations, and relaxing and agreeable free space more easily inspire creative ideas. For staffs frequently going out such as PR and sales staffs, mobile work positions improve space utilization and lower office cost. Information is spread on the broader platform by means of social network media to realize interpersonal relation expansion and resource sharing.
