Times are changing in an accelerating pace, like on a high-speed runway. The only thing that does not change is change itself. As a result, an enterprise’s adaptability has naturally become one of its core competitiveness. So how does office space deeply related to enterprises adapt to those changes? And what will the future workspace look like?

Diversified workspace

In the past, everyone is restrained in a tall, narrow folding screen-like box. While today, with the popularity of network and integration and simplification of office equipment, we can gradually get rid of the constraints of traditional workspace and more and more people can benefit from the efficiency and convenience of working anytime and anywhere. For example, they can communicate with colleagues over phone on the road, check emails or even consult and approve electronic texts, etc.

Traditional spatial planning can no longer meet work demands of all nature. People are not necessarily “fixated” in a 5-square-meter workstation. Instead, one can choose a suitable working environment according to his current status, which can be a "box" that allows one to be focused on thinking, an open workbench, or an inspirational public area full of responsibilities, or a meeting space for formal discussion, or an informal discussion area in close proximity and offers great convenience.

LENCO+, more than a product

While diversified working lifestyles take us out of the “box”, how shall we tend to our privacy, stay focused on work and allow for goods storage in an open workspace that promotes communication and exchange, while infusing it with vitality and preventing it from becoming a monotonous honeycomb? That has become a latest challenge in offering a diversified office space.

To meet such demand, we need to redefine a “systematic workplace”-a new LENCO + modularized system, which can always “suit” the environmental changes no matter how the space changes. Adaptable is a feature of LENCO+ in its DNA like the evolution of species in nature.

Four forms of working
